This ground-breaking, neuroscience-based method enables you to tap into your unique way of unconscious thinking to quickly and permanently change your thoughts and reactions from what you don't want to what you do want!
Instead of reacting to stress, BWRT reprograms the brain to quickly and effectively respond to stress. The vast majority of problems such as panic attacks, insomnia, fear of failure, social media addiction, claustrophobia, performance anxiety, and more can be resolved often in a few sessions.
BWRT (BrainWorking Recursive Technique) is a relatively new technique created in 2011 by UK psychotherapist Terence Watts and is based on neuroscience and his 30+ years of clinical practice. It works at the level of the brainstem and cerebellum to rewire reactions to stimuli and prevent them from occurring.

No more fear of snakes - it's a miracle!
From our very first meeting, Jill made me feel totally at ease. I first went to see Jill for a life-long phobia of snakes. I live in an area where it is not unusual to stumble across a snake in the garden during the summer so I really wanted to see if I could get some help with this. After just one session my startle response to any snake-like noises completely disappeared and now, even if I do happen upon a snake, I am able to continue with what I was doing instead of being flooded with fear, anxiety and a need to run away. A miracle! After this experience I have since been to see Jill for a number of other issues/emotional triggers and am always astounded by how quickly these are resolved. The whole process is just so comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend BWRT with Jill, it is a game changer!
An entirely new relationship
I came to Jill with some personal internal struggles that were bringing me a lot of unwanted stress. After giving her some insights into what I wanted to work on, she guided me through the BWRT process. Having never done anything like this, I really appreciated her ability to hold a safe space for me. I never felt uncomfortable with any part of the process, and Jill's presence and guidance were gentle, caring, and very in tune. After a couple of weeks, I noticed a shift in how I feel towards the issue we worked on in the session. The negative charge and energy behind it that was really triggering me has been reduced to the point where I feel like there is an entirely new relationship to it. It is amazing that we could recreate that relationship in such a short time. I am a believer in this process for sure!
Increased self confidence
I've had the pleasure of working with Jill through BWRT sessions to address several deeply ingrained fears and habits that were holding me back. Specifically, Jill helped me with my dislike of having difficult conversations, my people-pleasing tendencies, my anxiety before public speaking and my aversion to heights, amongst other things. Each session with Jill was transformative. She guided me through the process with such care and with clear instruction that I felt completely at ease. I feel much more confident in my interactions with others, whether it's speaking up for myself or talking to a group of people. I recently discovered that I can now climb to the top of my ladder too! I can't recommend her enough for anyone looking to overcome fears or make positive changes. She truly has a gift for helping people transform their lives.
