Feeling a Need to Catch Your Breath?

Change your breathing habits with evidence-based techniques to improve your breathing and restore your health and vitality

HOW you breathe is incredibly important!

Did you know that poor breathing habits lead to increased stress, anxiety, brain fog, digestive problems, sleep difficulties, jaw tension, night time teeth grinding, emotional issues, and heart conditions.

In fact, it's estimated that 50% of the population have dysregulated breathing patterns like:

  • Over breathing
  • Mouth breathing
  • Chest breathing
  • Breath holding
  • Reverse breathing
  • Taking big breaths

Even if you're tried breathing apps and exercises or various appliances to help you breathe better, if you're not clear on how you're actually doing your breathing, progress will be slow and ineffective. This is where learning to breathe with a trained coach makes all the difference if you want to improve your breathing and your life.

We can help if you're having trouble with your breathing and tell tale symptoms like:

Disrupted sleep
Poor digestion
 Blood pressure
issues
Brain fog
Chronically stressed
High anxiety level

2.  Start Breathing Better

Gain a deeper understanding of the difference between poor and healthy breathing habits, practice different breathing techniques to gain greater awareness of your breathing and the positive impact it can have on your mind and body.

3.  Feel the Difference

Whether you want to feel more energized, deeper relaxation, or a clearer mind, changing your breathing can offer significant shifts in your well being within a matter of minutes.

Breathing consciously can help reduce your stress and increase your creativity

Breathwork techniques can help calm your mind and body, moving you out of the “fight-or-flight” mode. By activating your parasympathetic nervous system, breathwork promotes relaxation and reduces stress hormones can lead to more restful sleep.

Conscious breathing can also boost your mood, enhance your mental clarity and creativity, and help you stay present, reducing anxiety and promoting emotional balance. These are just a few of the benefits.

What happens if you continue to breathe too shallowly (not utilizing your diaphragm fully), you strain your body. Chronic over breathing (breathing too much) can lead to issues like aches, digestive problems, headaches, and high blood pressure.

Breathing through your mouth instead of your nose can cause dental and gum problems, snoring, and potential oxygen deficiency.

Frequent breath-holding which often happens during times of focused concentration, like texting or working on a computer, limits your lung capacity and prevents efficient oxygen exchange. Holding your breath unnecessarily affects your overall well-being.

Remember, conscious breathwork can positively impact your physical, cognitive, and emotional health. And what's more, breathing is free!
