This popular introductory intuitive meditation course offers a complete overview of different types of intuition, the subtle energy system, and practical experiential techniques to calm, clear, and refresh your energy.
You'll learn how to ground and replenish yourself, clear the space around you, release unwanted energy, and create protection from unwanted influences and other people's emotions.
Meditations are guided, mindful, and relaxing. You'll also have access to weekly practice meditations.
The course includes plenty of time for Q&A so you can fully understand and deepen your experience while learning from other participants.
Whether you're completely new to meditation or have many years of experience, the techniques in this course are appropriate for all levels of meditation experience. You'll be clearing energy, expanding awareness, creating a more adaptive response to stress, and increasing enjoyment of life.

Replays will be uploaded to the course curriculum the day after a class and will be available for streaming for three months from the course end date.
Each class builds on the previous one in a sequential progression and development of energy skills. Even though we review previous lessons in the following class, if you miss a live class its a good idea to review the replay so you're prepared for the following week's material.
